Payment Breakdown
Our HVAC Membership costs $69 per visit, per system, for two visits a year, bringing the total to $138 per year.

– 5% discount on ANY job (repair or installation) up to $200 per invoice or equipment installation, effective after your 2nd maintenance visit. We will match your 5% discount and donate that amount to the Arizona Humane Society.

Service Breakdown
Our skilled technicians will visit your home twice yearly for our multi-point heating/cooling preventative maintenance and inspection. This thorough examination aims to ensure your system’s efficient operation and preserve manufacturers’ warranties.
Cancellation Terms
Members may cancel any time with a 60-day notice of their recommended service date. Cancellation requests must be emailed to service@kingcharles.com. Prepaid but unutilized visits will be refunded. However, discounts earned during the membership year will be billed back to the customer, including reduced emergency fees.
Platinum Membership
The Platinum Membership is our premium HVAC and Plumbing Membership Buckeye package, offering comprehensive heating, cooling, and plumbing maintenance.
Payment Breakdown
For HVAC: $69 per visit for two visits per year is $138. For plumbing and RO service, which occurs once per year at the same time as one of the HVAC visits, the cost is $102. The total cost for the Platinum Membership is $240 per year.

Service Breakdown
Like the Gold membership, our skilled technicians will provide two multi-point heating/cooling preventative maintenance and yearly inspections. During one of these two visits, King Charles will also change the Reverse Osmosis (RO) water filters* and service your reverse osmosis system. We will also flush your water heater, check your water pressure, and conduct a general plumbing inspection.

*Please note that not all RO Systems are eligible for a filter change. Contact us to ensure your system is eligible. If your system is not eligible, you must provide your own filters, and we can change them for you (the same pricing applies).
